Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

Flux Tables is a Google Sheets add-on. This policy explains what the add-on accesses, how that information is used, and how it is stored. By installing or using Flux Tables, you agree to this policy.

What the add-on can access

To do its job, Flux Tables may access the following, only as needed to run the features you configure:

How information is stored

Configuration — such as Jobs, saved sources, alert rules, and run history — is stored in Google Apps Script and your Google account storage associated with the add-on. Flux Tables does not run a separate external database for your configuration.

Google services

Flux Tables uses Google services to operate, including Google Apps Script and Google services such as MailApp to send the alert emails you configure. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, Stripe collects and processes your payment details and billing email under its own terms and privacy policy; Flux Tables does not receive or store your full card details. We store only what is needed to recognize your subscription — such as your email and subscription status — so the add-on can unlock the features you paid for.

How information is used

Information is used solely to provide the add-on's functionality: fetching the data you request, writing it to your sheets, running scheduled refreshes, tracking run history, and sending the alerts you set up.

Data sharing

Flux Tables does not sell your data. Information you provide is not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the Google services the add-on runs on, or as required by law.

Compliance

Flux Tables is an early-access product. It does not claim SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO, or other enterprise compliance certifications. Please do not use it for data that requires those certifications.
