Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of Flux Tables, a Google Sheets add-on that fetches data from the APIs and sources you configure and writes it into your spreadsheets. By installing or using Flux Tables, you agree to these terms. This page is written in plain language and is not a complete legal contract.

The service

Flux Tables lets you import data from URLs and files, write it to sheets, save those setups as Jobs, run them on a schedule, and receive alerts about your runs. Features may change, improve, or be removed as the product develops.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Flux Tables lawfully and responsibly. You will not use it to:

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the API endpoints, request settings, credentials, sheets, and data sources you connect to Flux Tables. That includes:

Availability

Flux Tables is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled runs, third-party APIs, and Google services can fail, change, or be delayed for reasons outside our control, and runs may not always complete on time.

Early access

Flux Tables is an early-access product. Features, limits, and pricing may change while it matures. You may encounter bugs or rough edges, and we appreciate reports sent to the contact below.

Payment, trial, and cancellation

Flux Tables Founder Pro is a paid subscription. It begins with a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at $29 per month until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with notice.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Flux Tables does not receive or store your full card details; they are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.

You can cancel at any time through Stripe billing or by emailing us. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and then stops. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law. If you have a billing problem, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

Data and privacy

How Flux Tables accesses, uses, and stores information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand what the add-on can access.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flux Tables and its maker are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost revenue, or lost profits arising from your use of the add-on. You use Flux Tables at your own risk and remain responsible for backing up and verifying your own data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
